Shop Policies

Our Webshop will be closing for the Holidays at midnight December 5, 2023.  We will reopen the first of 2024. Wishing You and Yours a Very Merry Christmas, Holidays, and a Happy New Year.


Once we receive your order and payment we will ship your order within 1-2 business days. We will then send you a notification that your order has been shipped. All our orders come in a gift box and a hand written thank you note. If this is a gift please let us know and we can write a personal message on the note.

Make sure your address is correct. I am unable to replace an item that is lost due to an incorrect address.


Buyer is responsible for any and all customs fees and taxes.
Orders are shipped via USPS International First Class. Please send a message if you would like to upgrade to a quicker shipping method. There is NO tracking with International First Class shipping.

Borders Beach Shop stands by our Authentic Handcrafted Jewelry. If you are not pleased when you receive your items please contact me.

I will accept returns if notified within 5 days of receiving your purchase.
